Biography

Catherine T. Horne is a seasoned litigator with over 25 years of experience. Ms. Horne has represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters, including cases involving business, real estate, and personal injuries for both individual and corporate clients. Ms. Horne has achieved repeated success in obtaining favorable outcomes for clients by pursuing a strategic, well-planned and focused approach to litigation. She has successfully resolved many lawsuits by securing a dismissal or summary judgment, or negotiating a favorable settlement for the client.

Ms. Horne obtained her B.A. in English Literature with a minor emphasis in Spanish graduating with honors from the University of California, Irvine. She received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts in the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California. Ms. Horne is fluent in Vietnamese and Spanish.
